Each "after" is a CarShots result from an everyday photo of the car. The only edit we made afterward was blurring a readable license plate.

How it works

Three steps, all on the phone your team already carries.

  1. Outline guide for the front angle shot
    Step 1

    Shoot on your phone

Walk the car with the guided shot list. An outline on screen shows where to stand for each angle, so every car is framed the same way.

  2. A BMW M5 photographed on a lotThe same BMW M5 placed in a marble showroom by CarShots
    Step 2

    CarShots swaps the background

Each photo comes back in about 20 seconds on the backdrop you picked, with the light fixed and the car itself left exactly as it is.

    Step 3

    Post it everywhere

Download one photo or the whole car as a zip and upload it to your website, your DMS and Marketplace, the way you do today.

Guided capture so every car is shot the same way

The capture screen walks your team through the shot list: eight outside angles, the interior and the details. An outline shows where the car should sit for each angle, so a new hire shoots a car the same way your best salesperson does.

It works in the browser on any phone and in the CarShots iOS app. Photos upload while you move to the next angle.

20 backdrops, the same on every car

Pick a studio, showroom, outdoor or scenic backdrop and use it on your whole inventory, so your listings look like one store instead of one parking lot.

CarShots places the car into the scene with real contact shadows and reflections. See every backdrop on the background changer.

Walkaround videos with voiceover

Turn a car's photos into a 15-second 360° walkaround with voiceover and music. The camera circles the car once and ends where it started, ready for your website and social feeds.

Nothing extra to film: the video is made from the photos you already took. How walkaround videos work.
